Fantasy Football Week 11!

Did you miss me?

Sorry for taking the week off from giving you my weekly S.S.S.P.O.T.W, but you can blame that on Fredo. He just HAD to go to Hawaii last week.

And I guess I could’ve put one up myself. But he always dolls it up aaaaaaaand…….I just didn’t feel like it. So I hope it all went well for you.

But he’s back, so now I’m back to help you win.

It’s the last week of byes. We’re in the middle of a playoff push. And these are my S.S.S.P.O.T.W for week 11 to help you get there!

Fantasy Football QB Eli Manning

Sit : Kirk Cousins – WAS – Cousins had a tough matchup last week against Vikings and put up huge numbers. But it felt like a fluke because of the garbage time yardage and 2 rushing TDs. This week the Skins head to NO to take on a Saints D that is 6th against the pass and have only given up 2 passing TDs in the past 4 games.

Start : Derek Carr – OAK – Carr and the Raiders are at “Home” In Mexico against the Pats and their D that ranks 31st against the pass. The Raiders will need to throw to keep up. Add to it that the Raiders are coming off a bye and haveic had 2 weeks to game plan for this game. I’m expecting huge numbers from both teams in this game.

Sneaky  : Eli Manning – NYG – The Giants are a laughing stock this year, but that doesn’t mean that Eli can put up numbers at home against a Chiefs defense that is 27th against the pass. The Garbage Time Points in this game for Manning should be off the charts.

Fantasy Football RB Burkhead

Sit : Doug Martin – TB – Martin’s arrow has been pointing down, and that was when before Winston went down. Even though the Bucs have a nice matchup with the Dolphins this week, nobody fears Ryan Fitzpatrick. So teams will crowd the box and let him try to beat them.

Start : Rex Burkhead – NE – Burkhead has taken over the role Mike Gillislee was supposed to have and has been out-snapping and out-touching James White and Dion Lewis in recent week’s. They get a Raiders D that gets carved up on a weekly basis and is 20th against the run.

Sneaky : Marshawn Lynch – OAK – I have been anti-Lynch all year long. And I’m a Raider fan so you know I mean it. But the Patriots are 24th against the run and the Raiders made a point of getting Lynch going before the bye. He’s disappointed in easy matchups before, but this week, against that D, and coming off a bye, I think he puts up a 2nd productive week.

Fantasy Football WR Alshon Jeffery

Sit : Rishard Matthews – TEN – With Delanie Walker and Corey Davis finally healthy again, Matthews has seen his targets start to drop. Yes, he caught 5 balls last week. But they get a Thursday Night matchup with the Steelers that is 2nd against the pass. Expect a run heavy game plan from the Titans.

Start : Alshon Jeffery – PHI – The Cowboys have given up the 9th most fantasy points against the pass this year. The Eagles are a high scoring offense. Wentz is rolling and in their past 2 games has been targeting Jeffery a lot. They are finding their stride and it continues off a bye this week.

Sneaky : Mike Wallace – BAL – No numbers. This one is just more of a gut feeling play. The Packers are hurting, they give up the 6th most fantasy points to wrs, and that offense will be giving the ball back to the Ravens a lot. Im expecting a few shots downfield to Wallace with a long TD in there.

Fantasy Football TE Hooper

Sit : Cameron Brate – TB – He’s had back to back stinkers and Fitzpatrick being under center doesn’t help even though they have a nice matchup with the Dolphins. I’m avoiding all Bucs unless there’s no other options.

Start : Austin Hooper – ATL – They’re in Seattle this week. The Legion of Boom is hurting and they have been giving up points to TEs this season. It’s a tough environment to play in but I think Hooper rewards you with a nice day.

Sneaky : Martellus Bennett – NE – Another one of those hunches. The “too injured to play for the Packers” Bennett returned to NE last week and had 3 catches. The Raiders are bad everywhere on D and I think this is a “Welcome back” game for Bennett.

Good Luck!
